The pro-immigration lobby argues that mass immigration is enriching Britons, so we should welcome immigrants with open arms. However, this argument is misleading because while it’s true that some immigrants contribute something to the economy, it’s important to consider the long-term effects. Any wealth generated by immigrants is often spread thin among a growing population, potentially leading to a decline in per capita income.

Notably, the nationalist perspective has found support in the findings of the Resolution Foundation, a highly respected think tank that, despite not being nationalist, has produced credible evidence.

The Foundation’s spokesman Greg Thwaites made these observations:

Since 2010, the population in Britain has increased by 6 million, mainly due to immigration. However, despite the larger economy, the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) per capita has mostly stayed the same. This situation suggests that mass immigration has led to the average Briton struggling economically.

What helps Britons become richer is an increase in productivity, but the record is abysmal. Immigration is exacerbating the issue, making it worse, not improving it.

What the Resolution Foundation has said validates the claims of nationalists for years, proving that we have been right all along.

The only way to urgently resolve this situation is by stopping immigration. Yet none of the three main parties are willing to do so. The only party left to take a stand is the British Democrats.
