What is the purpose of a nation’s economy? May sound rhetorical but we need to elaborate.
Principally, the actual physical ‘life-support system’ of a country.
The materials and services we must have to function. Aspects that provide for regular emergencies. As well as items needed in any serious national crisis. Incomes for the state, organisations, families, individuals. Some elements involving sports, cultural pursuits etc. The important departments of state.
However, Farage, Tice, Habib, Lowe etc (& other reactionaries) please note; the economy is not an abstract concept to be toyed about with by crank economists. Neither is it a ‘casino’. Definitely not a plaything for the mega-rich. Nor to be a pawn for International Finance!
Regarding our economic future the choice is simple – Economic Nationalism or Global Liberalism.
Basic Points For Britain’s Revival
- Financial reform (essential).
- Selective import controls.
- Exchange controls.
- British ownership of all business including public utilities.
- Minimal unemployment.
- Serious education & training for young people.
These themes will be greatly expanded in a future article on the party website.
Economic Nationalism is not just about day to day living or trivial material choices.
It is essential to our country’s National Independence. It is one part of a trinity.
National Sovereignty – Ethnostate – Economic Nationalism.
