For years, Asian Muslims have raped underage British girls in Rochdale, and the abuse is still ongoing as the authorities refuse to act because they want to avoid accusations of racism.

It has come to light that members of one of the grooming gangs responsible for those hideous crimes have cost taxpayers over £2 million while battling deportation, including a payment of £285,000 to the ringleader.

The fees were accumulated by nine members of a paedophile gang from Rochdale, Greater Manchester, during several court hearings to avoid being deported from Britain.

Convicted of rape and other sex offences in 2012, some abusers used human rights legislation to avoid repeated efforts to deport them to Pakistan.

The groomer who incurred the highest fees was Qari Abdul Rauf, the gang ringleader, who received a total of £285,000 in legal aid.

Rauf has returned to Rochdale since his release from prison in 2014 after serving two-and-a-half years of a six-year sentence for trafficking and having sex with a 15-year-old girl. He was informed he would be deported to Pakistan after his release from jail. However, he renounced his Pakistani citizenship, and his lawyers argued that he would be left ‘stateless’ if forced to leave Britain.

The lawyers claimed that deportation violated his human right to family life, as he has a wife and children living in the UK. Rauf currently remains in Rochdale, where he works as a delivery driver.

Separately, lawyers accumulated a taxpayer-funded bill of £270,000 for representing Adil Khan, who was sentenced to eight years in prison for sex trafficking and conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child.

Khan, a married father, had a baby with one of the victims, aged just 13 at the time, who believed she was in love with him. He threatened a 15-year-old girl with violence, claimed his son needed a role model, and renounced his Pakistani citizenship, similar to Rauf, as he appealed against efforts to deport him to South Asia.

Shabir Ahmed has been sentenced to 41 years in prison for 30 counts of child rape and has incurred a legal aid bill of £255,000.

As of June 2021, nine members of the same gang from Rochdale have incurred £2 million in legal aid fees for taxpayers. This amount is expected to have risen since then as the gang members continue to fight legal battles against deportation. It’s believed that at least seven gang members still reside in the UK.

In 2022, Khan, speaking through an interpreter, argued against his deportation in front of a judge. He stated, “As you know, the father figure is very important in every culture around the world. It serves as a role model for the child, teaching them right from wrong.

This situation is unacceptable, and it will not change until Britain withdraws from the UN 1951 Refugee Convention and the European Convention on Human Rights. None of the three main political parties are willing to take this step, leaving the British Democrats as the only credible party ready to end this madness.
