By Cliff Le May

Well, what a momentous week that was! Javier Milei and his right-thinking Libertad Avanza coalition of parties gained enough seats in Argentina to form a government. I’m sure other Nationalists will join us in wishing him all the best in improving the lives of the people of Argentina, (although he is not Nationalist as the British Democrats are, the voters are moving to the right which is a step in the correct direction). Argentina is a country blessed with stunning natural beauty, but beset by violence, crime and decades of corruption and decay.

Meanwhile, closer to home, Geert Wilders and his PVV party managed to secure 25% of the vote in the Netherlands. The established parties’ feathers have been truly ruffled and like recalcitrant children in a playground, they refuse to play with him. Wilders is not every nationalist’s cup of tea; there are those on the right who claim he is a staunch Zionist (Wilders has a Jewish wife). Some say that he’s no more true right than UKIP. But those folk are missing the real point here. This is not so much a win for Wilders and PVV, but a win for common sense, and it’s a win for the masses of Dutch people who voted for him. They, like us, are desperate to save their unique culture and their heritage. Their very existence as a European people is in danger of being swamped by Islam and a foreign gene pool which has traditionally high birth rates.

Therefore, to my mind, the likes of France’s Marine Le Pen, Italy’s Georgia Meloni and Victor Orban of Hungary are right in congratulating the Dutch for voting to make a stand for the preservation of their people.

Before moving on, I would like to comment on the predictable biased lefty media reaction to this victory for common sense. As fully expected, the media here went into a hate-filled frenzy accusing Wilders of being ‘Anti-Islamic’ and ‘A hater of foreigners’.  It’s the same old one-sided vitriol that they direct at any Patriots who find themselves in the public spotlight.

The desire to put your folk, and kith and kin first absolutely does not equate to hatred for others. The two are completely different, and it’s about time the media were forced to stop pretending that they are the same.

Much of the same bending of the truth by the media happened in Dublin, Ireland this week. The facts, as we have them, are that five people, including three small children, were viciously stabbed outside the Delfin English language school in an area of Dublin where there exists a tight-knit local Irish community. The chief suspect arrived in Ireland from Algeria more than two decades ago.

Of course, as word of this senseless violence spread, local families emptied onto the streets to express their sorrow and heartfelt anger. But that’s not how the left-wing media chose to portray the facts. Their focus was entirely slanted, attempting to paint a picture of those concerned local people as some sort of subversive, organised far-right mob which sought to stir up racial tensions in the area. It is a great shame that a small criminal element used this tragedy as cover to loot some local shops and fight with the Garda. Of course, such behaviour is shameful and is to be condemned.

Predictably, Leo Varadka (the head of the Irish government) couldn’t wait to leap onto this media construct to use it as an excuse to bring in his new ‘anti-hate’ legislation.

Proof sadly of yet another European Prime Minister who is more concerned with ticking politically correct boxes than he is with the wishes and concerns of those whom he was elected to serve.

There is a parallel here to be drawn between what has happened in Ireland and in the Dutch elections. In both cases, we see the people standing up to tell the old-school political elites that they feel abandoned and betrayed. The rich tapestry of ethnic European cultural identity is not being defended. Folk feel like they are drowning in the relentless tide of foreign immigration, foreign religions and cultural practices which are celebrated by far-left Mayors and MPs. Meanwhile, our own culture, history and very ethnic existence are portrayed as dirty linen, best kept hidden away from the public gaze.
