When we decided to enter the Clacton by-election following Nigel Farage’s resignation (a publicity stunt that served only himself), we had specific goals in mind.
We are glad to report that we achieved every single one of them!
First and foremost, we ensured there was a genuine Nationalist candidate on the ballot paper for the good people of the Clacton constituency.
We raised the issues of demographic replacement and remigration, bringing them to the forefront of the debate both in Clacton and nationwide.
We generated significant publicity through media interviews, online coverage, and public hustings where our candidate, Kai Stephens, stole the show and received the loudest applause of the night (a fact acknowledged even by The Times). We also grabbed headlines with a spectacular banner drop over a bridge near the seafront.

We exposed Nigel Farage and Reform UK for their true stance on immigration. They are fundamentally pro-immigration, and their “Net Zero Migration” policy, now widely recognised as a “one in, one out” scheme, would be a disaster for the country, doing nothing to prevent British people from becoming a minority within the next few decades.
We raised the profile of the British Democrats, recruiting new members, followers, subscribers, and donors in the process.
We fully utilised the Royal Mail delivery system to send 53,000 leaflets across the entire constituency, alongside thousands more delivered by our ground teams during door-to-door canvassing.
We built a solid database of local supporters for future reference when we stand in upcoming council elections in the constituency.
We achieved all of this and more during this campaign. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who campaigned, donated, or joined us as a member over the past month.
Having activists from other patriotic organisations get involved also made this a fantastic networking opportunity for our members.
