We are thrilled to announce that British Democrats NEC member Lawrence Rustem has been re-elected to Detling Council in Kent.
After initially being elected in 2022, Lawrence will be returning to the council for another term.
Lawrence was elected unopposed for Detling Council, (which proves that it is possible for British Democrats candidates to take and then hold onto seats at local government level in the easiest way). There were seven vacancies, not all were as yet filled, nevertheless, the British Democrats will look to fill as many electoral gaps as possible as and when they arise.
