It’s a well-known fact that immigration in the UK is out of control and one of the reasons why is because a huge number of immigration lawyers are breaking the law. These disreputable lawyers are telling immigrants how to lie to get the status of refugee thereby allowing them to stay in this country at taxpayers’ expense.

The Daily Mail investigated this matter by sending journalists, posing as asylum seekers, to those lawyers. What happened next was enough to make the blood of nationalists boil with rage.

In one case, a legal adviser told an undercover reporter, posing as an economic migrant, that he could invent claims of sexual torture, beatings, slave labour, false imprisonment, and even death threats. Furthermore, he promised he could get a doctor’s report to back up these false claims and even produced anti-depressants to be given to the Home Office as ‘evidence’ of psychological trauma.

At another law firm, one lawyer said he would have to ‘create the evidence’ to make it appear the undercover reporter had a genuine fear of ‘persecution and assassination’ if he returned to his ‘home country’. The shameless lawyer boasted of a success rate of more than 90 per cent.

A third case outlined the ‘fine ingredients of an asylum case’ that would be used to make it appear the reporter feared for his life in India. This could include anti-government political allegiances, a love affair with someone from the wrong caste, or being gay.

Two of the lawyers said they would falsely claim the Mail’s undercover reporter was a ‘victim of human trafficking’ who had been fleeced, betrayed and abandoned by people smugglers.

The Daily Mail’s investigation has brought some results as 110 lawyers are now under investigation. Three legal firms have been suspended after being found guilty of lodging fake asylum applications. But this is just the tip of the iceberg as the root cause goes deeper than that and a lot more needs to be done.

The truth is that Britain needs to stop immigration by leaving the 1951 UN Refugee Convention and the ECHR. However, there is little political will in Westminster to take those necessary steps. Only the British Democrats will fight to end this madness.
